Deposit and Payment Information

Booking Deposit:*     25% of Rental Rate

Damage deposit:       (refunded within 7 days, pending inspection)
                          $750.00 for Beachcomber Bungalo
                          $650.00 for Beach Cottage

Cleaning Fee:
                          $85.00 (Beachcomber Bungalo)
                          $65.00 (Beach Cottage)

Sales Tax:                12% Florida Sales Tax added

*In case of cancellation, booking deposit will be returned only with 60 days notice,
                         or unit is rented again for your reserved time period.
